Engineers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to clients who are on Service Agreements. Telephone response is typically 30 minutes or less (60 minutes after normal business hours). Local area response is typically 4 hours or less.
Rates & Terms
Shop Rates
- $165
- Two hour minimum (Deposit required in advance)
- Estimates & miscellaneous: Two hour minimum
- Phone support during normal business hours: 15-minute minimum per call (with discretion)
- All other phone support: One hour minimum at the appropriate overtime rate
- Phone support that requires an engineer to return to the office after normal business hours: Two hour minimum at the appropriate overtime rate.
Field Service Rates
- Engineers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to clients who are on Service Agreements
- Telephone response is typically 30 minutes or less (60 minutes after normal business hours)
- Local area response is typically 4 hours or less
- Local Field Service:
- Regular Rate: Monday Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm PST
- $175.00 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum; Portal to portal. (travel time will be charged accordingly.)
- Saturday Rate: Saturdays 8:00am to 6:00pm PST & After Hours 6:00pm to 8:00pm PST
- $262.50 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum; Portal to portal. (travel time will be charged accordingly.)
- Sunday Rates: Sundays 8:00am to 6:00pm PST & Swing Shift (All Other Hours)
- $350.00 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum, Portal to portal. (travel time will be charged accordingly.)
- Non-local Field Service:
- Monday Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm PST
- $1,300.00 per day (based on an 8-hour day), plus travel and expenses.
- $1,050.00 per day - Travel Day (based on an 8-hour day)
- Saturday Rate: Saturdays 8:00am to 6:00pm PST & After Hours Mon.-Fri. 6:00pm to 8:00pm PST
- $1,950.00 per day (based on an 8-hour day), plus travel and expenses.
- $1,575.00 per day - Travel Day (based on an 8-hour day)
- Sunday Rate: Sundays 8:00am to 6:00pm PST & Swing Shift (All Other Hours)
- $2,600.00 per day (based on an 8-hour day), plus travel and expenses.
- $2,100.00 per day - Travel Day (based on an 8-hour day)
- An Administrative fee; of 5% of the estimated Travel & Expense costs, will be charged. This fee will be waived upon advance payment of Travel & Expenses. Advance payment must be received by the time travel arrangements are made. Payment and credit will be applied to final Invoice

Invoicing & Terms
- Invoicing occurs weekly
- Service Agreement clients are invoiced twice a month
- Terms are 3% 5 days, Net 15 days
